'The attitude of the staff was the best I’ve experienced in Jamaica. I was disappointed however in the beach. Too much rocks in the water. Needed water shoes in order to go swimming. Good thing there were a lot of pools to choose from for swimming. Every thing else was great, clean rooms daily and snacks refreshed daily. '

'What i like in the hotel: swimming pools, size of the room, stuff, bed, coffee bar, clean environment. What i do not like: a lot food but not testy at all, very limited selection of fresh fruits, missing plain yogurt, very hot in the blue note bar, long waiting to be seat in restaurant, ping table and all concerts was going on in another part of the hotel, long drive 1.20 min from airport on the private car. The road is very bad. What I hate : bad and slow internet, loud music and stuff...

'Room was clean but unfortunately my door had issues which cause me a lot of inconvenience before checking out supervisor of the security was not so polite. I made a special request and they was not responsive to it… it was a birthday celebration and nothing was done am not pleased most staff are good though and good food'

'The resort was aged but okay. We were repeatedly approached by resort staff and asked if we wanted to buy drugs, also, many staff targeted us and asked us for money because they were still trying to recover from the hurricane. It was very uncomfortable.'
