'The room was not clean when we got there. We stayed 7 days even after calling for fresh towels we never received them and not once did anyone come to change the sheets. The bathroom had no cold water it was so hot it was almost impossible to bath my children, the staff didn’t even send anyone to look at it or offer to change the room. We paid for a beachfront room and we did not get that either. The safe was so rusted it didn’t work along with the fridge being rusted. Oh and the a/c hardly...

'The resort itself is beautiful. If you’re going to charge $1600 for a condo, I would think it would be a lot cleaner. We found dirty panties right next to the bed, the refrigerator had old food all over it, pots and pans were dirty, no extra towels, no pillows for the pull out couch; just wished the room was a little cleaner. Besides that the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with what they could offer. Bar good drinks , nice prices and the entertainment by the pool was fun.'

'The unit was perfect! The host was great at communicating and very efficient in explaining everything. The resort itself needs some improvements, but the room we stayed at was clean and well taken care of. My family and I would definitely stay here again. A+ rating for the VRBO host.'
