'It was not air conditioning weather, however it did get humid and the air conditioning was hard to control. It would only let us put on the fan. The whole place was nice, clean, and a great family experience. '

A few things could probably be updated, couch in our room was a little old, but everything was still in good condition. I choose this place over and over again because I always know it will be a great stay. Lots of things to do within the hotel (mini golf, swimming, lounging outside).'

'Check-in was easy and they worked with me when I arrived earlier than expected. The room was huge, clean, and more than adequate. This is the 2nd time I've stayed here and will definitely be back. It's very convenient to the Outer Banks and Alligator River NWR so it's perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, birders (like me!), and wildlife photographers. '
