'Enclosed and special property with Gazebo Bar, patios, outdoor fireplaces, rocking chairs, and a delicious restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Love the vibe, decor and friendly helpful staff. Safe and clean which is of course expected. Walking distance to everything but on the edge of Historic Wilmington, just blocks from the river/ riverwalk.
Would recommend to anyone visiting Wilmington. Has to be the best place in town! '

'Fairfield Inn in Wilmington NC was a nice stay- great staff and room was clean. They had a nice variety for breakfast as well. Property could use some updating. I would stay there again. '
'The hotel was very clean and offered a "welcome party" between 5-7:00pm with free wine, beer, soft drinks and snacks. I have NEVER seen that done before. Nice touch. I put a note on my reservation requesting a room that wouldn't be too far to walk because my husband was recuperating from knee replacement surgery and they gave us a great room; very close to everything. Nice place near the airport. It served our purpose for an early morning flight.'
'Staff was fantastic. Location is excellent. Bathroom was Europe size but had everything. Pool was very refreshing after a day on the beach. Never had any housekeeping our three-night stay but we normally send them away for such a short stay due to environmental sustainability concerns. Would definitely rebook at this property. '

Restaurants were in walking distance and shops are within 1 block of the hotel. We stayed on the riverfront.and tne view is breathtaking. The only thing that may need changing is the pool is next door at the Doubletree Hilton. The hotels are sister hotels so we were able to...
'This hotel is in a great location. We were able to walk to dinner at Front Street Brewery and walk to Live Oak Bank Pavillion. Highly recommend, especially if you get a room with a river view!'
'Mooi gelegen hotel langs onze roadtrip aan de oostkust. We waren met drie personen en hadden een kamer met dubbele bedden geboekt. De kamer zelf was boven verwachting ruim en compleet. Wat wel tegenviel was de staat van de bank, daar zakte je half doorheen, en de vloer was plakkerig en vochtig. Mogelijk iets met de aurco of overnatig zeepgebruik bij schoonmaken. Helaas iets waar we pas achter kwamen nadat we ons hadden gesettled. Omdat we maar één nacht bleven hebben we dit door de vingers...
