Check in was smooth. Cleanliness was average. Floor seemed clean. Wasps inside living room. Main sofa needs repaired/replaced. Found long hairs and stains on sheets in master bedroom leaving us to believe sheets were not changed. Fridge handle was loose and I had to repair it. The hot water for showers, dishes, and laundry was pleantiful. The air conditioning and fans were fine. Game room was nice for kids. Hot tub was fine. There were no check out procedures listed so we followed typical guidelines and common sense practices for checkout. The biggest hit bringing it to 4 stars was the hairs and stains found on the sheets. Aside from that, we’d stay again, but see the property is for sale.

The cabin was all that and more!!!! So clean , cozy quiet and relaxing!!!! It came with everything you think you would need. It was a perfect escape. I didn’t mind that it was a drive away from the tourist action because the drive was amazing!!!!!!!!!!! We loved it here!!!!!

Best play to stay in Cosby/Newport/Sevierville. The photos don’t do the property justice. Super clean and very comfortable. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with a great view of the mountains. Far enough from the city to avoid the hustle and bustle but close enough to drive in and out as needed. I’ll definitely be looking to stay again soon.

Cabin was exceptionally clean and better than the pictures shown. We loved it!! Great peaceful location. Enjoyed the hot tub daily. Short ride to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, both of which were really crowded. Was so nice to come back to the cabin where there was peace and quiet! Would recommend and will return ourselves.

Had a great stay with the kids. Less than half the cost of staying closer to Gatlinburg/Pigeon forge, but only a 30-40 minute scenic drive to these places. Clean home, easy communication with host.
