HeartSong Lodge & Resort
I really love this place but this particular time the last night we were there. None of the fire pits were lit. We figured out how to light it ourselves after about 10 minutes and then had to help two other people. I just feel like for the price of this hotel, I shouldn’t have to do this.

Deer Ridge Mountain Resort by Jackson Mountain Rentals
The place was very clean and the perfect location to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The views were spectacular and we even had a bear sighting!

Mountain Lake Lodge! Slide into Fun! Families Love
Lynn the host was exceptional in communication. We had several hiccups, Lynn did her best to fix them all. Hopefully they will be fixed for the next group. The kids enjoyed the arcade and the theatre, but were very disappointed in the hot tub being broken. I feel the house just needs a good maintenance ...

Complimentary breakfast was advertised. However the hotel had a sign out that there were not enough guests to prepare breakfast.
