« we booked 2 apts for 4 of us, but one apt had 4 beds !, so no need for 2nd apt , which worked in our favour as 2 adults and 2 kids, only aircon in bedroom worked, fans and aircon in other rooms didn't work, bathroom was grime, kitchen was worse. really unpleasant stay, but it wasn't advertised as a great place so expectations were low anyway. also balcony door didn't lock which being in Jamaica was a concern, especially as we were told to avoid one entrance due to safety concerns. »

The listing and pricing were misleading, and there seemed to be unexpected charges and restrictions that were not clearly communicated upfront.
