'Everything was perfect!! Our 9th visit and fell in love with this hotel when we got there for the 1st time. For us, European, pretty expensive but worth the money!! Can’t imagine a better a hotel with the same atmosphere. Will definiately get there again if possible! '

'The resort is under construction and what would have been a beautiful, peaceful beach experience was marred by the noise. Unsettling and disturbing would describe the feeling of laying out in lounge chairs at the beach. When I went to rent a paddle board I was told that the beach rental company, located on the beach at LaPlaya, had lost their contract with LaPlaya consequently they were not allowed to rent equipment to hotel customers. 'Nice property, fair price on a great location. Hotel allows free use of bikes, which is a necessity in this 'residence only parking' area. Close to 5th Street. Unfortunately lots of private jets fly over this hotel.'

'Everything was great. It is a houseboat so wasn’t perfect which is expected. The adventure of staying on a houseboat floating in the canal was perfect. All the amenities of a hotel too including the pool. Lots of lizards running around and can fish right off the front or back porch of the boat. AC works great on the hot days. No complaints. Family of 5 fit with more room available. Very close to everything Fort Myers Beach has to offer. '
