« Le processus d’accueil n’est pas complet tant que l’on n’a pas acquitté la taxe de séjour, ce dont on est prévenu que le jour même d’arrivée. Le montant n’est pas élevé et importe peu, mais cela ne donne pas la priorité à l’accueil client, de sorte que nous n’avons reçu la procédure de récupération des clefs qu’une fois sur place et par téléphone (gros stress). Un très mauvais pour pour “Angelica”. Pour le reste, l’hébergement est très bien à tout points de vue. »

Only complaints, as they may be important to some renters. 4th floor walkup is 80 stairs to unit. Could be too much for some. Would've thought there would be instant coffee. Some would want tea. La ville de sala Comacina est super bien placée par rapport aux différents points d’intérêts du Lac de Côme. Et en vous y baladant, dont par la Green way qui passe juste au-dessus de l’appartement, vous vous rendrez compte que c’est super village. « The place is really on the lake and surpisingly quiet. The bed is very comfy and the apartment is full of light thanks to all the roof windows. it is aideally located for all sorts of walks along the lake, and hikes in the mountains (be warned, the slopes are very steep!). The few things that can be mentioned are the fact that tall people (over 1,70 meter high) need to be careful all around the place because of the low ceiling and the apparent beams. « Love the apartment, but we struggled with some of the amenities and communication. The furniture was soiled and the apartment felt a bit run down. We also struggled with communication and we were constantly told contact another person on staff and could not get clear answers to questions and issues.
