'All private rooms face a high traffic and noisy street, actually it is near the start of the highway/bridge that crosses the lake to West Kelowna. Room, mattress and bathrooms lack proper maintenance, all look worn out by years of use. Room air conditioner just circulate air, no cooling. Communal kitchen is well equipped.'

'The staff was so helpful and friendly. We had the family suite, which was the only guest room on the first floor. Also we have a nook area outside my room, so we had lost of extra space to enjoy. Very nice stay.'
