Roker Street Retreat - Contemporary Kiwi Styled Studio

This luxurious spacious studio offers a contemporary, quiet retreat with a distinctly Kiwi feel.

Nestled in a fantastic neighbourhood close to the city and the hills, you'll have the best Otautahi (Christchurch) has to offer close at hand.

The studio boasts a super comfortable King bed, an ensuite with generous shower, built in home office and small lounge area.

The sun-drenched studio is located in the back garden of our Somerfield home. You'll have views of our newly established native garden.

Nespresso coffee, tea and herb tea are available in the room. There is also a small fridge and microwave. We are also well stocked with plates, bowls, glassware and cutlery if you would like to prepare basic food during your stay (leave all your dishes outside and we will replace them with clean ones).

Let us know if you would like to order a grazing platter or bottle of local wine for your stay. POA.

If you're here to enjoy the fantastic mountain biking on our doorstep, we are happy to store your gear securely in our garage.

If you have kids, we have two high-quality roll-away beds available for your use (extra fees apply per person). We also have a portable cot (with SnoozeShade) available by request (no additional charge).

Please note we have a $40 (NZ) cleaning fee for each booking.
