You can easily walk or ride your bike to the Carnival Grounds, Restaurants, Shops, and Robert Reed Park, easily the best spot to catch our fabulous sunsets.

This 3 Bedroom/ 2 Bath Custom Home simply oozes quintessential Island Charm. With peaceful Sea Grass Green Siding and a classic Silver Metal Roof, it looks as if it belongs in Coastal Style Magazine. The house was nice and spacious. It was pretty clean. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Everything was nice and clean except for the shower curtains. Blankets were nice but a little thin for wintertime.The rental agent only left 2 dishwasher tablets and a couple rolls of toilet paper. Remember to bring your own bath soap.

If you’re looking to go to Chincoteague with kids, stop scrolling and book this place! My family and I (including my husband, 3 kids - ages: 7, 4, and 2, and parents in the early 70s), just stayed here for a week and it was the perfect home away from home. The house is ideally located on a quiet street, with an easy walk to town and pen of wild ponies just around the corner. The screened in back porch was the perfect place to watch baseball games at night and enjoy breakfast in the morning. The generous parking and outdoor shower were helpful when touting sandy kiddos to and from the beach. And, the house was well-appointed and well-equipped for a family stay. The linens were spotless, the queen mattresses were very comfortable, and everything was so thoughtfully stocked - from fun (ie: puzzles, games, and a small library) to functional (ie: cookware, a gas grill, and a welcome starter kit with dish soap, tp, and more), to kid-friendly (ie: a pack n play, bathroom step stool, high chair, and booster). The kids loved the bunk room (which came stocked full of toys and children’s books). I appreciated the generous primary and large upstairs bath, and my parents had a comfortable stay in the first floor queen. Two living areas (plus the great screened in back deck) gave us space for both adults and kids. The large dining table fit us comfortably - with room to spare for a puzzle station. The host was very responsive and helpful. 10/10. We can’t wait to come back!

Thanksgiving trip

We had a wonderful time here with our daughter & grandchildren. The property is just like on the website, even the firepit with very sturdy chairs. We got to see the horses & other wildlife during our bike ride through the park. The only downfall was while trying to play in the yard, we came across many burrs in the grass that attach to your clothing. That was probably because of the time of year. The pluto tv kept cutting out from the wifi which made watching tv difficult.

We really enjoyed the house because of the space and how comfortable it was. It was like being home away from home. But the most impactful thing for me as a mom of three was that they provided a pack&play and high chair for the babies. It’s difficult traveling with toddlers and infants but having access to those really made us more comfortable.

Perfect for Family of Five

It was our second year staying in Chincoteague and our first stay in this property. It was VERY clean, the kitchen was stocked (seasonings, ziploc, and even paper towels), and the location was stellar. It fit our family perfectly, 2 adults and 3 children (5, 4, and 2). All of the kids wanted to stay in the bunk room so we didn’t even use the bedroom downstairs. The bunk room even had kids toys and plenty of children’s books which our kids absolutely loved. The fire pit and patio was a great addition! Overall, I would absolutely stay here again! We booked another trip to Chincoteague the weekend we got home for next year but, unfortunately, this property was already booked (not surprisingly). I would HIGHLY recommend this property!

Beach Blessing is just that. On a very quiet side street but so close to everything. The minute we pulled in, it just felt right. More then enough room for large families with space to relax inside or out on the deck and fire pit. Not you basic rental, this home was built with high end fixtures and furnishings. This property was impeccable, just as the pictures depict. It was a great home away from home for our extended family of 7 (4 adults, 2 teens, and 1 kiddo). The house was clean and well cared for. Stocked with everything you could possibly need and more, the kitchen was functional for all meal preparation. The outdoor shower was ideal when we returned from the beach covered in sand and that lovely screened porch out back was perfect for enjoying the cooler evening without the mosquitos. The house is close to everything and we had a wonderful week on the Chincoteague Island!

We were so impressed with this lovely property. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was stocked with all the little things you need when away from home, even a little basket of toys for the kiddos. The beds were also super comfortable! Great house for getaway

This house was just about perfect for me, my husband, 5-year old, and college friend that spent a long weekend in Chincoteague. House was VERY clean, beautifully decorated, and has ALL the essentials and then some! Beds were comfy, and the linen rental made life so much easier. My kid inspected and played with nearly every game, and we spent all of our meals and evenings out in the screened porch. Only surprise was walking to the back to use the outdoor shower so we wouldn't track sand into the house only to find it was just the stall and no fixtures inside yet. Will be great once it's installed. We will definitely book this house again the next time we come to Chincoteague!
