'We sat on the covered porch and watched the bay and sunsets. There was almost always a nice breeze. The room was well appointed, we cooked, we ate out (Provincetown was easily accessible), the bed was comfortable, and the unit was clean. It was an easy walk across the street to the bay beach or a short drive to the ocean. We have stayed in this location before but not with this host. 'Charming little studio in an excellent location. An easy 10 minute drive to Ptown, and the beautiful bay-side private beach truly was just across the street. Very clean, tidy and up to date bathroom. Great ceiling fan, and the window AC heats or cools. A few notes: The fridge is more of a dorm-sized mini-fridge than an "apartment fridge." See the photos. And you'll need to pay 25 for sheets and towels, or bring your own. '
