« Good location, nice staff and good value, the hotel is a little dated and there was a thick layer of dust on the fan. »

« Lovely host, clean room and great breakfast. Will be back! »

« Breakfast was great considering it was free. Easy access to get in. Friendly staff. No issues. »

« It is an absolute disgrace to rent out rooms in such a disgusting state. The state of the bathroom was deplorable, with a pervasive smell of urine... which is hardly surprising, given that there were still traces of urine on the floor and around the toilet rim. There was hair left on the shower walls and on the floor. In the bedroom, the carpet was filthy with...

« Beautiful pub in East Malling (I was there, passing through, between a visit from Spain to various places in the UK). The room (Number 1) was amazing. Every facility possible. The kind staff even put a hairdryer in for me. Ample space, bathroom, fridge, kettle, supply of a continental breakfast, information folder, full size TV, double bed and wardrobe. Spotlessly clean, modern but with a "vintage" feel. Loved it. »
