Welcome to Holly Hill – peaceful lakefront living

  • Make lifelong memories at this private lakefront getaway with 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8).

    Features beautiful lake views, a large open lot with mature trees, and a fenced yard at the end of a quiet road. You’ll love rocking on the porch with your morning coffee and roasting marshmallows around the fire pit in the evening.

    Private dock will accommodate your boat, or rent one from a local marina.

    We are pet friendly and welcome up to 2 dogs with a $100 pet fee per stay. We occasionally make exceptions with an additional security deposit. They will love the large, securely fenced yard.

    Sleeping arrangements – 4 bedrooms, first floor master with king, 1 king upstairs, 1 full, and 1 trundle bed (2 twins). Linens included. Wi-fi throughout, and TVs in the downstairs bedroom, living room, and two bedrooms upstairs. All TVs are set in Roku guest mode.

    Ample parking.

    Quiet west side of lake, 35 minutes from CLT.

    No events or overnight guests beyond max occupancy.

This property was the perfect venue for my sister’s Camp Johnson-themed bachelorette party! The owners did an amazing job communicating throughout our stay and provided such a clean, welcoming space. The cabin had the most beautiful lake views and was the perfect place to celebrate such a special weekend. We had an incredible experience and are already looking forward to staying here again with my family soon!

We had the most wonderful stay! Everything was absolutely perfect—from the breathtaking lake views and peaceful water to the beautiful, spotless home. It had everything we needed and was the perfect place to relax and make memories. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!If I could make any kind of improvement, it would be to maybe offer some board games or car games.

The house was very clean and comfortable with a great view and access to the lake. The check in/out process was simple. Hosts were very nice. We really appreciated that they allowed us to bring our dog without charging a pet fee. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely lovely stay! Perfect place to spend time with friends and family. Very spacious, beautiful atmosphere, and the hosts were very thoughtful on amenities. 100% will stay again when coming to town!

A storybook setting close to the city! We stayed the weekend with our 2 dogs to be close to my son’s wedding venue. It was the perfect place for calm throughout the wedding weekend. Beautiful setting, large dog friendly, CLEAN, and just perfect! Owner was super friendly and worked with our requests. Would go again in a heartbeat!

I cannot begin to describe how much we loved Holly Hill. It was perfect in every way for my family. This place has it all! Six of us stayed comfortably and the fenced in yard was a major plus for our dog! Everything you could possibly need is provided. Very well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and the back porch is my favorite spot! The hosts were great, very easy to communicate with, super nice people. My only regret is I wish we could’ve stayed longer. This is our new favorite spot on the lake and I hope to book it near year when we come back. If you are looking at this property don’t hesitate, book it!

Perfectly peaceful and what a view!

Absolutely beautiful setting to relax and unwind. The house was quite comfortable and had everything we needed - and sitting on the front porch watching bald eagles, osprey and blue heron - felt like paradise!

Beautiful Thanksgiving Wknd

We have a lovely holiday stay. The house was cozy and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. I would absolutely recommend this property and would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the lake.
