« Large, comfortable lower-level apartment right on Lake Norman. Peaceful, comfortable, and quiet. All amenities taken care of. Kitchen is a little dated, but well stocked. Bedroom large and comfortable! Loved the dock and kayaks! »

We rented for 10 days and no one came to mow or cleaned up the outside of the property. Looked like it had not been mowed for a few weeks, very overgrown and just a mess. »

« Not a shack but a well appointed bungalow which faced Lake Norman. The sunrises were beautiful. The bungalow was clean with comfortable bedding. The bathroom is small but upgraded with a waterfall shower head. The living space was open and suitable for my family and dog. The outdoor space was extraordinary. We ate outside and enjoyed all the decks. The fenced in yard was terrific for my dog. Very enjoyable experience. »

« This is a beautiful spot! It rained and stormed our entire weekend there but we were still able to sit under the gazebo on the dock and have a relaxing weekend away. The host was courteous and allowed us our privacy but was available if needed. The neighbor was kind as well. They left us a basket of snacks and a couple of bottles of water which was appreciated since we arrived later in the evening. The living area is well equipped and has everything you may need. « The property is in a very safe and quiet community on a golf course in the southern parts of Charlotte. The neighbors are friendly and the community is clean. I used the property to attend the Nascar Race Weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway, which is about 35 minutes away. This is a perfect property for a small group to the Charlotte area. »

« Great boat traffic from the kitchen table windows. We watched men catching fish within 1 minute of casting. The Birds were abundant chirping loud. It rained our 3 days we were there but it did not stop us from kayaking or renting a Pontoon Boat at Play and Stay on Lake Norman it was 1 mile away and we drove the boat right up to our rental house. « We had a wonderful stay at this house. There was a lot of thought given to all the things you might need during the stay. The house was beautiful and the fenced yard was a selling point for us. It's hard to beat the view from the back deck overlooking the lake at night. Hope we get a chance to stay again! »

« I only gave 4 stars because our room had a terrible odor in it. Everything else was wonderful. Easy to check in the directions for the room were simple. The room was really clean and stocked with everything I would need . Just a strange odor. »

« Amazing vacation spot for couples. The property was clean. The front office Representative was very nice and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the cleaning crew did not come to our room the entire time and driving into the facility, wasn't the best. It's a very long and narrow Road and only one car at a time can come through. We had to reverse back twice for two cars that was leaving the facility. This part wasn't fun. But, it you can overlook those two things. You will truly enjoy your time....
