Great weekend for staying for PGA Championship

The property was clean and comfortable. Met our needs completely. Only wish we had more time to enjoy the property. We golfed 2 days and attended the PGA Championship so we were only at the property for sleep time.

Perfect Retreat

A few of us Ladies got together for a relaxing time away. The place could not have been more perfect- We enjoyed mornings on the dock, puzzles in the sunroom and campfires at night. It was a beautiful place. We plan on coming again next year!

Graduation Weekend

We shared the house with another family, and we were both celebrating our sons Graduation! The house provided plenty of space to entertain and relax. We loved the entire weekend. I would highly recommend the house to others.

This home has the most beautiful views!! We were able to set up a tritoon delivery to our dock which was the most perfect touch to the weekend. Once we realized the coffee pot was cracked on the first morning, the host and property manager made sure to get us a brand new coffee pot quickly. We would absolutely stay here again!

Girls weekend

This was an incredible experience all around. When we go there the power was out due to a storm but the property manager was easily reachable. Communication with them was easy and convenient. We had no other issues the whole weekend. The rooms were wonderful. The living space was exactly as pictured. Very large couch area. All around amazing weekend. Thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Lake Norman vacation rental! From the moment we booked, the customer service from the management company was top-notch. Professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. It really made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.The location on the lake is stunning; peaceful, scenic, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying water activities. We loved waking up to those beautiful views!Inside, the home is just as impressive. The main living area is beautifully designed. It was spacious, welcoming, and ideal for both relaxing and gathering with family or friends. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made it easy to rest and recharge each night.The neighborhood was a huge plus, too, quiet, safe, and close to everything. We were just minutes away from great restaurants and grocery stores, making it super convenient.We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious yet comfortable getaway on Lake Norman

This is a beautiful house and property right on lake Norman! It is so nice being back in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to the water and basically everything you need right at the house. We had 13 ladies there to celebrate my little sister getting married this fall, and she requested something low key and relaxing, which is EXACTLY what we got at the Strawberry Breeze house. We couldn’t believe how roomy every space in the house was, even with so many of us there! The bunk room would’ve been my dream bedroom as a kid, and it easily fit a couple of mid-20s girls :) The communication with SoCharm was so easy, and they made both the check in and check out processes super simple- there was even a virtual list to check off when leaving to make sure you accomplished everything required! Overall a great stay and we will definitely be back or use SoCharm for other vacation rentals in the future!

Great for family!

House and location were amazing! My family and I had a great time, just what we needed. Slight ant problem. And the AC wasn’t working great, would hit 77 degrees at times inside. But was in communication with the property manager and they tried to have it fixed. The staff was very friendly. Overall i would definitely come back to rent out the house!!!

Nice clean, spacious house. Beds were really comfortable, and the furnishings were comfortable and ample. Kitchen was well stocked. This house is close to shopping and restaurants. Super quiet neighborhood, peaceful serene backyard setting. we had a relaxing enjoyable stay and would recommend.

Excellent Stay & Experience with StayLakeNorman

Everything about our stay at this property was spectacular. The professionalism of StakeLakeNorman is second to none, and they were available immediately for any questions/comments/concerns. The property itself had all of the accommodations you would need, and everything about the house is amazing. We would certainly return to this property again and would never hesitate to book with StayLakeNorman again. You simply can't go wrong. Two small pieces of feedback for StayLakeNorman... 1) An extra refrigerator (perhaps in the garage), whether it's a mini-fridge or not, would be beneficial for large groups of guests who will be doing a fair amount of cooking/drinking on the property. 2) For out of town guests who don't have rental cars, you should consider offering a paid car service back to the airport on the dates of your guests' departure. We found there was a lack of Ubers/Lyfts/taxis willing to make their way out to the Denver area for our trips back to the airport and some were in danger of missing flights. Everyone made their flights on time, but we were cutting it close. I'm sure guests would be willing to pay a premium to the StayLakeNorman to guarantee a ride back to the airport. Other than that, everything was 10 out of 10, 5 star service. Thanks again, StayLakeNorman. I would recommend anyone book this property.

Almost great.

The home and accommodations were exactly what we hoped for when we took a chance on VRBO. There were a few manageable hiccups that left the rating as good not great. The toughest for me as the signee was all the warnings and “not to dos” including a property limit that kept my parents and one sibling away for our family dinner as we didn’t want to breach the agreement. I’m from a family of nine (all of us in town for a wedding) so the limit didn’t even get us to half. Things like all garbage in bags had us digging individual items up from the previous guests- until we realized that was insane. The in home stereo system didn’t work along with one of the TVs. Our tech guy was great but couldn’t resolve the situation. The boat rental was expensive and given what we were paying to stay we could only get one day. This compared to my sister’s place ,just up the road, that charged $500 for the whole week. To be sure, small problems but for me it was enough to rate it good not great. If you’re going to hammer home the “not to dos” and point out the penalties of not complying then at least make sure everything works. You’ve emailed me 5-6 times for this review and I didn’t want to send it as I knew by pointing out the negative it would sully what was a fun time, I was just a bit on edge making sure we followed all the stips that I found it tough to relax. Personality flaw for me, sure. So in the end we would go back and would recommend this place to others. Just a few things that kept from rating it great.

We had a wonderful weekend at the lake! More than enough space to not be on top of each other. Would have liked at least maybe a half bath on that top bedroom but other than that it was a perfect stay.

House was great - as advertised on the water with dock, beach and accessories to enjoy the water. Service from management was excellent from first reservation through renting a boat and having it personally delivered with orientation and great local information sharing. First class from start to finish.
