This apartment is attached to the owner's primary home. Your entrance is fully private. Outdoor spaces such as plunge pool, fire pit, dock, and pickleball court are shared with the homeowner.

Plunge pool heat is available in winter for an additional fee - heating fee - May-Oct $25 Nov-April $50.

Guests may dock their own boat at the included boat slip at no charge.

Life here centers on the water. Beatty's Ford Park is just minutes away with a boat ramp, swim beach, splash pad, fishing pier, and picnic areas, one of the best public lake access points in the region.

Pull into the driveway - 2 dedicated parking spaces are reserved for Little Fork Loft guests. Please do not block the main home's garage.
