"Last Cove Lodge" A totally reconstructed 1950's fishing cabin. Very unique

This property is located just 13 minutes to downtown and Panthers Stadium, 6 minutes to The White Water Center, and 7 minutes to historic downtown Belmont.
We are a $6 Uber ride from the airport. A huge shopping outlet is 10 minutes away

The place started as a 1 room log cabin that was added to many times over the years. In 2021 we stripped the place to its bones and updated everything while keeping what was cool about the place. We think the result is a cabin with all the character you could want and all the modern features of a true luxury vacation venue. You should take the time to walk the miracle mile. A street that is lined with trees that canopy the road and views of the lake that are just beautiful. You can spend evenings by the rock fire pit with a waterfall feature or on the swing porch that is lake front. You may want to relax in the copper lined bubble infused soaking tub or the incredible steam shower. This home oozes luxury and romance! We have. very nice luxury Pontoon available at your dock at discounted rate for guests.

Please note; if anyone in your party has mobility issues you will want to be careful considering this place. The house is positioned on a sloping lot. The front steps were constructed with boulders, there are spiral stirs to the lower level and 34 steps down to the lake.

We absolutely loved our 5-day stay at Last Cove Lodge. The place is beautiful! Has everything you need. Waking up to lake views was spectacular! Especially loved the steam shower and jet tub! Close to airport and many wonderful restaurants. Owner was accommodating and easily accessible. Will definitely stay again if in Charlotte!

The home was beautiful and more than we expected. There are exactly 20 steps to the road where your vehicle is located, but it wasn't an issue for us. Bob was very attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the Charlotte area.

This home is absolutely gorgeous, from the view to the decor. They have really outdone themselves. Bob the host was amazing very attentive, but gives you your space. Fabulous stay. Home was wonderfully stocked with all necessities as well as coffee, a few snacks and adult beverage on arrival. Host was very gracious on meeting us at home and explaining everything. Such a wonderful weekend on the water! Conveniently close to Charlotte for short commutes from the city and airport. Bob has done a wonderful job with the design and the home was clean and beautiful. 5 of us stayed the weekend and a couple local friends came to enjoy the day with us and go out on the Pontoon. Plenty of room for a good sized group and nice to have Bob nearby if we needed anything. Would love to come back.

This home has it all! Plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen, jetted tub, steam shower! Beautifully decorated, perfect location and awesome views. The owner is fantastic. You also have the opportunity to rent his pontoon boat. This is one of the best places we have ever renred and will be back!

This Lodge is just wonderful all the way around! Super clean, open layout, very comfortable and well equipped with amenities. It has a beautiful view over the lake where you have multiple options to sit outside and enjoy it all. From a porch right outside the dining area, to comfy lower-level porch with couch swings or just sit dock side. Host ensures you have everything you need, is very gracious and prompt to answer.
