'This is a wonderful hotel with great service, really comfortable rooms - and the fact that you can access the thermal baths is the icing on the cake! Just a few minutes from the station and the main shopping and tourist areas, the hotel is really well situated yet feels like an oasis of calm. The one minor downside was that the restaurant wasn't open on a Monday, but there were plenty of dinner options nearby. It is one of our favourite places to stay in Bath and we would highly recommend it.'

'Mooi hotel'

'Als je van klassiek en antiek houdt, dan is dit zo'n hotel. Gezellige zitjes overal, mooie eetzaal, lekker Engels ingericht. Kamers zijn mooi en de eerste koffie 's morgens heerlijk, want er staat een Nespresso-apparaat, hoera. Prima parkeerplaatsen achter het hotel (valet-parking). Winkels en restaurantjes (ook een Indiaas rest.) op loopafstand; Broadway is en blijft een leuk dorp.'

'Prachtige omgeving en heerlijk bed. Personeel werkt had en doet zijn/haar best. Het is alleen gewoon géén 5* hotel. Restaurant zeer teleurstellend (steak rauw, tafels worden niet goed schoongemaakt. service door onervaren krachten). Kamer was prima, maar douche te krap, honden gadgets vergeten (na telefoontje wel snel hersteld) en sauna bleek alleen na 10 am- tot 5pm toegankelijk én tegen extra meerprijs/ zeer klant onvriendelijk. Zoveel potentie en zo weinig waargemaakt. Gemiste kans helaas '

'Amazing stay, the staff were all superb especially Emma at reception and Harry the Restuarant manger. Highly recommend for couple stay, dogs allowed too! The dining room tasting menu was incredible with 9 courses and different experiences '

'Lovely hotel, friendly staff, especially in the evening in the restaurant and bar. Nice warm hotel room. Carpet could do with a makeover but lovely room . '
