'Better response time would be better; took awhile to get the codes to enter the property and my room. Would also be nice to have bigger towels; they were a bit small to dry off with after showering. Besides all that; great place. Clean; newly renovated. Front desk guy was cool. One thing I did have issue with was the homelessness. Shady characters hanging around the property. Would be nice if the property owners/managers had a nice relationship with SDPD to help move/keep the homeless out of the...

'Easy parking. The room smelled of mold and mildew. The mattress was separating to the point you could see the foam. The shower had mildew. Unfortunately, this is not the first time but, definitely the last time that I will book through Expedia.'

'We’ve had an excellent stay, very walkable to Old Town San Diego, good restaurants in the direct area. The pool is a bit small though, San Diego zoo and the SS Midway are very close. The staff is very friendly and very nice and helpful, they give you great tips of the area. We stayed in a room facing away from the freeway, and slept with the windows open, no disturbing noises.'
