Hôtel près de Centre national des sciences (Kuala Lumpur)

« The first room (9th floor) we had was a nightmare : the toilets was super noisy (water noise every 10 minutes) and we simply didnt sleep that first night, we had to insist to the reception to change the room electrical cable was hanging in the bathroom (super dangerous !) and shower cabin seal was defective as well. In the new room (15th floor) it was a bit better but not at the level of a 5 star hotel. The hotel need to be refreshed clearly, it looks like an 90s hotel (decoration outdated) ...

« Simply furnished apartment but no complaints about the property itself, which is in a lively area with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Only minus point was no glasses in the room and not being a fan of drinking wine from a mug I asked for some which arrived in moments, so kudos to them. »

« No amenities provided & no view in the room »

« Endroit sympathique propre et personnel accueillant et agréable. seul petit défaut est que nous sommes tomber sur une chambre sans fenêtres à part ça tout c’est très bien deroulé. A recommander 👌 »

« Tenang bersih dan selesa »

« Management staff are very responsive, apartment and surrounding areas are clean and nice. Bedrooms and kitchen are well furnished, very comfortable. »

« The cleaners came every 3rd day to clean. Communication with host was prompt and helpful. We did spot some smaller bugs in the bathroom and kitchen but apparently that's normal in KL? »
