'Very nice and super clean hotel, on the river bank. We had a lovely room with balcony and a view on thw river. Room was very clean and also breakfast area was kept very clean. Good shower. Easy access to Cherokee. We only missed a fridge in our room.'

'I am obsessed with the property and the bus! My husband and I stayed for a night with our three toddlers while taking a night off from section hiking the AT. We all slept in the king bed in the back which was INSANELY comfortable. The hosts are a super sweet little family. Our laundry was done for a small fee very quickly. 'I checked in using their after hours procedure and everything was perfect! They were very responsive when I locked my key in my room and were able to get me back in my room quickly. I love that they text you to make sure you made it to your room and they always remind you to come by the desk in the morning for biscuits and coffee. 'This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks! This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'
