« Beautiful property and accommodation in a lovely natural setting. Service is very good and everything is modern and well maintained. Comfortable beds, seasonal decor was wonderful touch as were the fireplaces in winter. The Cove pool was fun for our 3 year old. A few extra touches would make it even better such as more child friendly accessories such as step stools in bathrooms, game rentals/room and bath robes. »

« What a pleasant surprise. The place is wonderful. We had a full floor and a huge balcony overlooking the local volcanic mountains. We immensely enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately it was only for one night. We will correct this the next time. The swimming pool is remote though, you have to take the car and beware that they have no place where to change. They told you to go to the public restrooms which are disgusting. So change at the hotel. The pool is managed by another facility, not Crooked...

« Updated clean rooms very quiet . Staff were friendly like all the space and the beds were so comfortable. Kinda out of the way but overall I would recommend and I’m definitely staying there again! »

« The staff was really nice. The room was clean, however, the little kitchen area could have used a little more effort. Also, the other negative was the coffee in the room was awful. Not sure if it was the coffee or the water in the coffeemaker. Putting that aside, we will definitely stay there again. Very relaxing and a good location. The breakfast was also good with a great variety of choices. »
