« Waited a long time to check in which was frustrating, standing in the lobby with my bags while no one was at the desk for a while, the person in front of me went back to their car. The staff was nice when they finally came back though. Room was dirty. Decided against using the shower which was very frustrating after a long day of traveling. « This place was unexpectedly great. It’s only a few years old but it’s been well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The gym is very well equipped. The pool, while small, is nice and not overly chlorinated. And the free breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and a great alternative to the much higher priced spots in Bend. »

« Friendly staff, clean rooms, and an easy walk to the Fairgrounds! We stayed in a double queen room with a kitchen and had a creek view. It was a great room with two TVs, a couch, desk, and double sinks. It was perfect for a girls weekend! Thank you to the super friendly front desk staff :) »

« The location was good, although it was tricky to get in and out of the parking lot. The carpet had large spots/stains and the tile floors were dirty...could tell by my socks! The bed was 3' high not the normal 2'. Hurt my hip/back trying to get into it. Asked house keeping for a stool and she was very helpful to bring one. Air conditioning/heater worked well. « What a pleasant surprise. The place is wonderful. We had a full floor and a huge balcony overlooking the local volcanic mountains. We immensely enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately it was only for one night. We will correct this the next time. The swimming pool is remote though, you have to take the car and beware that they have no place where to change. They told you to go to the public restrooms which are disgusting. So change at the hotel. The pool is managed by another facility, not Crooked...

« We booked for an additional night and the lady at the desk initially said we had to exit our room and move to another since we booked through Expedia. They only do housekeeping every other day and the website says there is a spa, nope. They closed it and filled it in 2019. They need to update the website. »

Le frigo était très bruyant car réglé à fond, le bouton pour diminuer la température était manquant donc impossible de le baisser.
