« What a pleasant surprise. The place is wonderful. We had a full floor and a huge balcony overlooking the local volcanic mountains. We immensely enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately it was only for one night. We will correct this the next time. The swimming pool is remote though, you have to take the car and beware that they have no place where to change. They told you to go to the public restrooms which are disgusting. So change at the hotel. The pool is managed by another facility, not Crooked...

« Overall, I thought the property was beautiful and well kept. Our room was clean although our refrigerator had some issues and was pretty beat up and old and had rust in it. The barbecue was not clean. And I feel for the price point that you could probably use a refresh in the rooms… Getting a little outdated the pool area was nice and well kept the lobby and staff were exceptional.
