'This hotel was clean and comfortable but overall my stay was very odd, which is why I'm giving a lower number of stars than I might normally give a Marriott hotel. First of all, the amount that i was charged does not match the amount on the receipt that I was emailed. It's about $30 more, and I'm assuming it's because I was charged for breakfast, even though I paid extra for a breakfast voucher. Also i tried to order a beverage at the bar, but the cocktail wasn't available on their POS system....

'Needed 2 rooms, one dog friendly. Check in was 3pm we arrived at 6pm and one room was not ready. It was a short drive so we were not tired, went to dinner and the room was ready.if you get a dog friendly room you only pay extra if you have a dog. Rooms were clean though outdated. The beds were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gave my son a 1pm late checkout which was very helpful for the time line we needed. Only negative to me was the room not being ready, it could...

'Gorgeous view from the top floor of the Willamette River and Pre's Trail. Staff is pleasant and happy to great you. Parking is plentiful and access is excellent. Convenient to points in Eugene and Springfield. I will stay here on my next visit.'

'We stayed at Inn on 5th one night when we saw a performance at The Hult Center. The hotel was in easy walking distance. The hotel was lovely, all staff were friendly and welcoming. Every aspect of our stay was enjoyable and we were contacted several times before our stay to make sure we would have everything we needed ... eg. kettle in room, extra blankets etc. Room was ultra clean, modern and beautifully presented. Hotel was quiet and restful and as room keys were needed to access the elevator...
