« We spent 16 days at Hotel Ensuenos. The staff at the Hotel was very friendly. It's family operated. They provide breakfast every morning at no additional cost. If you need to eat dinner, you tell them what you want they'll cook it for you at a minimal cost. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable. The location was great because we had access to public transportation easily. They clean your room, empty the garbage etc. I will definitely come back again. »

« Friendly staff good location felt like home away from home. »

« Accueillants, proche du centre. très bel aménagement. »

« It's a great little spot close to many wonderful restaurants and markets in the heart of the historic district. The breakfasts were very good as well. The WiFi is a little slow if you need it for business so bring a backup. My fave part of my stay however, was their hotel mascot, Empanada . »

« Friendly respectful staff »

« Casa Firenza wasn’t my first choice, but it turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! We stayed in a beautiful suite overlooking the park and cathedral. The location was unbeatable, and we even enjoyed the city’s horse parade right from our balcony! Breakfast at Bogoli, the rooftop restaurant, came with stunning views of Cuenca. From early check-in to convenient laundry services and impeccable daily housekeeping, everything exceeded our expectations. But what truly sets...

« Sencilla y bien ubicada »

« Todo bien. Buena ubicación. »

« Très agréable séjour personnel serviable »

« It was the worst night of my life There was a lot of noise during the whole night I was not able to get any sleep I was about to leave the hotel at 3am but they were not willing to give me my money back so I stayed that night The worst part was that when I complained multiple times about the situation they did not do anything about it »

« Chambre double sobre mais suffisament confortable pour passer un bon séjour. Douche bien chaude. Possibilité de se faire un thé/café dans un petit salon agréable. Personnel attentionné. Parking bien pratique juste en face pour 5$ la nuit. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré avec un yaourt ou du fromage et des céréales. Malgré tout je recommande sans hésiter. Bon rapport qualité prix. »
