'Prachtige inrichting en mooie kamers. Inrijden naar garage in drukke binnenstad is even zoeken, maar als je het weet tegenover hotel dan is het makkelijk. Parkeren was dus zoeken bij aankomst. Kan niet even stoppen om binnen te vragen in de straat met een file aan auto's. Je zit mooi binnen in de stad met veel mogelijkheden als je uit het hotel stapt. Veel info van hotel personeel. Stoombad aanwezig en kan je reserveren. Super de luxe en lekker ontbijt'

'We kozen dit hotel uit voor een eerste nacht in Cuenca. Vanwege de ligging, wat verder van de stad, verhuisden we daarna naar een hotel dichter bij het centrum. Daar hebben we achteraf spijt van, want wat is dit een fijn hotel. Goede voorzieningen, goed bereikbaar, prettig personeel. We zouden hier zeker alle nachten in Cuenca verblijven de volgende keer. Verder viel die afstand ook erg mee. Een taxiritje is erg goedkoop en met de taxi sta je snel in het centrum. Dus echt een aanrader dit hotel!'

'La ubicación es muy buena, el desayuno estubo bien. Pero el baño de la habitación no estaba limpio en el suelo se podía ver mucho cabello sin haber limpiado, el piso estaba negro y salía facil si se pasaba un papel de baño. Lamentablemente el hotel no cumple con altos estándar de limpieza en las habitaciones lo que es algo crucial. '

'Kamer was schoon, maar een beetje kaal. Verder was het opvallend dat er geen airco aanwezig was. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel is gelegen naast een stadion. Tijdens wedstrijden is het sfeervol, maar ook moeilijk te bereiken. Verder is het ontbijt wat anders. Je kiest een basisgerecht van de kaart en vult dat verder aan vanaf een klein buffet. Al bij al een leuk hotel, maar met ruimte voor verbetering.'

'Excellent multi night solo stay in their classic room. The staff encounters were all very friendly, starting with arriving around midnight by bus and being able to buzz reception and get checked in, morning breakfasts and key drops throughout the day, then assistance with referring a tour operator for day trips. Decor is very clean and cozy and location of the hotel is fantastic, within walking distance of major downtown sites, museums, eateries, and only a $2 ride to/from the bus terminal...

'The place is amazing I highly recommend! The food and the staff are also very comfortably welcoming. If you live nature this is the spot for you! However, I went for my cousins wedding and I booked THE PRESIDENTIAL room since most of the brides family was going to be coming into my room for hair and makeup. We needed the extra room. On the contrary I got a junior suite. My suite number was 218, which was way small than what I asked AND PAID FOR. My room only had 1 bathroom instead of the 2...
