'staff is very nice and helpful, location is good, with 10 min walk you are in the old center. shopping center 15 meters away. the san felipe castle is opposite the hotel. During the day, afternoon and evening it is safe enough to walk to the centre but only at night it is advisable to take a taxi. i was hesitant to book this hotel. but now that i have been there. i am glad i booked this hotel. 'Kind, courteous staff. Only stayed here one night when arriving in Cartagena before heading to the islands. Wish we had come back here for the second part of our trip in Cartagena. 'We really loved our stay at Casa Moraira. The rooms are spacious and the decorations are beautiful. The small pool and hammock were perfect to take a nap in the afternoon heat. The homemade breakfasts were amazing, you felt like you were eating at home, very cozy. The location in the heart of Getsemaní was perfect as well. My only suggestion would be to make the bathrooms a bit bigger and decorate them as beautiful as the rest of the house!'
