'No tengo ningún comentario negativo. Todo super limpio, ordenado y la cama cómoda. Desayuno rico. Trato super amable por parte de todo el personal. El aire acondicionado super bien. El baño me gustó bastante. El Jacuzzi super a gusto. Está mega cerca del Barrio de Getsemaní (a dos minutos caminando). Sin duda, si vuelvo, sería ahí, me faltó la experiencia de la cocina con la Cheff. De ahí todo excelente 🇲🇽'

'It’s a great property on a nice location. But I booked a design suite, arrived at 1.30 pm. Room not ready (normal). Ready after 3 pm so I went in the city to have lunch. Came back at 3.30, received the key and guess what? Room was still occupied with clothes, suitecases, not cleaned. After an hour they gave me another (normal) room. Above that the rooftop pool is empty, bar not open, elevator doesn’t work. Got nof compensation other than a (nice) drink. So overall not at all what I paid for €...

'Van buiten verwacht je het niet, maar het hotel is een verademing in de stad. Meteen in de lobby heerst er rust, het is modern en we werden altijd vriendelijk ontvangen en geholpen bij vragen. Niks was teveel moeite. De locatie is prettig vlakbij de Ciudad Amurallada en aan de rand van Getsemaní.
Onze kamer was zeer ruim, lekker bed en alles in goede staat, plus een fijne douche.
Het ontbijtbuffet op het dakterras was uitgebreid en lekker, plus een aanvulling op bestelling. Het zwembad is groot...
