'The place should be excellent in the summer, and we will probably go back there. It was way too cold for us to appreciate the scenery - hence, thought of going back there in warmer days. The check-in was somewhat confusing. I got my room number in advance via email (or check-in link?). I mistakenly thought that it was a contactless check-in, so we went to our room first. But we had to check in in the office. Despite the COLD weather, there were people tending the place, so it was easy to find...

'What a gem of a place! Beautiful home and garden, right out of a Home & Garden magazine. The owners were wonderful hosts. They provided a warm welcome, like we (my daughter and I) were family. The breakfast was amazing as was the room, the house and sprawling garden. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to go there again! '

'I truly enjoyed my time. The Hanover Inn is charming, clean, and festively decorated. It is located in a prime location with walking distance to everything I needed. The staff is helpful and friendly. Valet parking was convenient in the cold winter. I would definitely stay here again. I stayed when Dartmouth was on winter break. The campus is outstanding and inspiring. '

'They are pros @ hospitality from the front desk to activities. Clean everywhere.Comfortable beds,room,communal & quiet spaces,& a great breakfast & dinner in their cozy restaurant. We had a suite,so a longer stay would have been easy. S'mores around the fire pits was a bonus, as the snow lightly fell. Festival weekend,but will consider adding time for a more relaxed trip & time to read by the scenic views of VT '
