Sandy's Secret, a two bedroom unit, is located on the beach level and is Ocean Front! Sandy's has its own entrance. In addition, Sandy's was built using sound insulation in reinforced concrete, minimizing any noise from outside.

We have a security guard on site and our office hours are 8:00am - 6:00pm, so someone is always on hand to help with your needs. The office is immediately on your right as you walk through the gates to Palmetto Beach.

The apartment is light and airy, with incredible, impressive views of the beach, dock, sea and the reef beyond. It offers easy access to the Beach Path, which will take you right into the center of town by either a 5-10 minute bike ride, or a 10- 15 minute walk from town. A lovely small cafe is on the property.

Completed by Belizian craftsman, the workmanship gives you a total Caribbean feel. The floor plan includes two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds that can be made into a King upon request. For convenience, depending on the group, we have added two futons for those who would rather not share a bed. All linens are 600 thread count; the full bathroom is always stocked with thick, plentiful towels and beach towels. Air conditioning is available as needed in all rooms and with individual preference in mind, each unit has a separate remote control. The kitchen is roomy and modern, stocked with whatever appliance you should need. The living area, which commands awesome views of the sea, has a flat screen TV, games, wi-fi and a movie library.

A few steps from the front door brings you to our man made beach area, jutting 50 feet into the sea, this provides another area in which to relax and enjoy the sun, there are a couple of palapas on the beach if you want to avoid the sun and corn hole as well as ladder toss to entertain you. Finally, just beyond the beach area, you come upon the 300 foot dock. With three separate entrances to the water below, there is room to dock your boat (if you have one!!), 6 pods extending outward for more room and a palapa at the end of the dock if you require shade. Covered with chaise lounges, you would be hard pressed to find a better place on Caye Caulker to just sit and relax, or watch the incredible sunsets.
Behind Sandy's is a tranquil palm grove with BBQ facilities including picnic tables and a giant Jenga game. Paddle boards and kayaks are available for free, Beer can be bought at the front desk by the bottle, the bucket or a whole case. You can also rent bikes and golf carts at the front desk or book tours with anyone of the many tour operators on the island for fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving or sunset sailing cruises, our staff are there to help. Bikes are available to rent at US $7.50 per bike, per day, We also rent golf carts but supply is limited. We recommend you reserve with us in advance.
