'The team here is fantastic! Everyone we interacted with was friendly and genuinely helpful. It made such a difference after a long day exploring Mexico City.'

'Where to start. The room was kept up by Alcantara ( Lupita ) she was awesome. The receptionist that we saw the most was Fernanda, she helped out a lot and of course the waiters at the 7th floor (breakfast) Alejandra, Luis and Emiliano did great. The 6th floor ( BZ ) Miguel Angel and Benjamin did fantabulous. Thank you we felt at home.'
