'The AC units are preset and locked so the temp in the room never went below 72 degrees. I have health issues and I was uncomfortable and didn't sleep well our entire stay. We asked for our room to be cleaned during our stay, and it was never done. We had to call down to the front desk for more towels (due to housekeeping not cleaning the room as requested). The elevators (both of them) went out of service on our second day there, and we were staying on the 3rd floor, which means we had to...

'Could never get a person to answer the front desk. When we asked for late check out, they were resistant and made the request feel difficult. When we were checking out, we asked if they were full and they commented not at all, so I didn’t understand why us asking for an hour later checkout was an issue. The staff was rude in every encounter. '

'Customer service by Alexis took a load off me when had an event @ the OMNI Star. Alexis was knowledgeable about the shuttle services offered by the hotel and she scheduled me right away. Matthew was a great driver and friendly. My room services provided during my staff were timely and provided the things we needed. Enjoyed my stay.'

'Vriendelijk ontvangen. Kamer is oké. Wifi is slecht. Iedere 2 minuten opnieuw verbinden op de bovenste etage. Daarnaast een heel gedoe met het invullen en achterlaten van je gegevens om 7 dagen gebruik te kunnen maken van de wifi. Niet van deze tijd. Zorg gewoon voor een goed, gratis gebruik voor de gasten. Het ontbijt was bij opening direct heel druk. 1 toast apparaat is echt te weinig. '
