'The property was under construction. Day 1, my room had no A/C and no refrigerator. Reported situations to the desk clerk, was told that it would be taken care of. Returned later that night, nothing had been done. The desk clerk told me that I should have returned earlier to ensure it was done and he had no other rooms available. Very unprofessional clerk. Property manager did remedy the problem the next day. It was very hot and misrable for the first night.'

'The pool and the gym were "under renovation" the ice machines in 2nd and third floors were inoperable the carpet had a stale smell . It was not a good stay . The only good thing was the buffet breakfast was awesome.'

'Our rooms a/c was broke. They moved us to a different room. The problem was the room they moved us to was so close to the highway all you could hear was cars raving there engines all night.'
