Flats in Carroll

'I have stayed at this hotel probably 10 times over the last few years and this will be the last time. My recent experience was very off. The hotel is starting to get rundown, but my main complaint stems from the little bar in the lobby. Every evening the whole lobby turns into a gross dive bar. People (not sure if they were guests or locals) yelling and screaming and being rowdy. The employees just sit over there with the bar patrons so didn’t even bother complaining since they clearly didn’t...

'The only issue we had was parking. The parking garage couldn’t accommodate our truck and we had to circle the block several times until we found a meter. Luckily the meters were free when we stayed. Not sure what would have happened had we had to pay for one.'

'The room 132 the beds were okay but the bathroom was very outdated. The tub had rust in the tub. The lighting which was horrible and the exhaust sounds the whole time and the socket both sockets in the bathroom. Neither one worked so if you plan on getting there and taking a nice bath or in the bathroom, don't plan on it.
