« Bed was not comfortable at all. You could feel the mattress needed to be replaced. The furniture in the bar and breakfast area was worn out and looked bad. I should have taken a picture and posted it.. I was almost afraid to sit on the chairs. Hard for me to imagine that the facility was so worn out and the staff was so good. Bartender was awesome, front desk attendants worked hard every day that I was there. »

« We showed up to the hotel for check in and they were running behind. They said it’d be a couple of more hours before we could check in. We spent the evening with family and came back to our room. Our non smoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes. We slept with the window all night to help with the smell. The front desk said there was nothing they could do. Beds were messy, lamp shade busted, everything looked old. We were hoping all of our clothes would not smell like smoke. We checked out...

« The room provided was filthy. There was urine stains on the floor in the bathroom. Only 2 bath towels provided for 2 adults and 2 children. No hand or face towels. The front desk was contacted and they provided another room which was satisfactory. »
