'Our room was OK. The walls had spots on them. Wires were hanging from the back of the TV. The decorative pillows had stains on them . The bathtub had a mold looking substance on the caulking. There were stains on the bathroom wall. The continental breakfast was bare minimums.'

'I am astounded at the rudeness of the staff. I called days before our trip and added the pet deposit. Their website says pet friendly. When we checked in, they placed us in a room that doesn't allow pets. They then said we had to "get rid" of our pet in order to stay there. The desk attendant was on the phone with another person who was very loudly saying that it wasn't their problem, it was mine. So incredibly rude and uncalled for in a hospitality industry.
