The beach view from the great room and dining area is bar none! The kitchen was clean comfortable and efficient. The central air conditioning is excellent. The property location is perfect.

Mixed feelings

The location of the condo, the size and overall rating of the property is good. Check in process is clunky. Building is very outdated and definitely could use some good maintenance and repair. Parking is not so great. We were told we could park across the street if the parking deck was full as long as we had our parking passes and we would be ok. Within 3 hours of our stay we received two parking tickets because we didn’t pay the additional fee for parking. We arrived at the condo and within 15 minutes received our first ticket. And only had two days to pay both tickets. Did not foresee spending 100 on parking tickets. The fridge and freezer were not clean. The rack in the freezer is rusted. Kitchen came fully stocked but the pans need replacing. The burners on the stove don’t work all the way. The sink in the master bathroom was leaking. Took maintenance three days to come by only to say they would fix it when we left. No curtains in the living area so not really any privacy and it gets very warm. Furniture was great. Overall stay was great and the grounds were beautiful. Access to everything the beach offers was also amazing. Once we parked we didn’t have to move the cars. Everything was within walking distance. Even with those issues stated we would stay here again.

Very spacious property right on the beach with an amazing view and very walkable to restaurants, bars and shops! The only thing I did not care for were that the door requires actual keys and when you have 4 people staying in the property it makes it hard for people to come and go as they please-a key code lock would be much better! Overall a great stay though!

Great weekend stay

Great oceanfront location with plenty of parking. There is parking under the building and across the street. The condo was beautiful & clean. As others have mentioned, there is a step up to the toilet and shower in both bathrooms. Overall a very nice place to stay and we will definitely be back.

A great family place.

We loved the view from the living areas. The carpets were very dirty and, overall, the condo and building is very dated. But in spite of that we enjoyed our stay! Would recommend it for an active family.

Carolina Beach

Perfect location, right on the beach, steps to the boardwalk with bars, restaurants. Bed sheets in wrapped plastic when we arrived, dingy colored, we ended up washing them before making the beds. Bedspreads looked as if they had not been washed in months. Overall, the property was pretty run down and dirty. For the amount we paid, I would have expected the beds to be made up with clean bedding prior to arrival instead of having to do this ourselves.

I will never stay here again the pool was closed the whole time, that was one reason we stayed here, half the shades were broke, the sliding glass door was hard to open, there was no parking, the security gates were all open for anybody to come in, it was not worth the money,

Great location

It is location location. We have spent a month there for the past two years. The view is totally amazing. I feel this unit should have in its listing that you have to step up to use the shower and toilet. I know the carpets were cleaned since our last visit but they were stained and pretty dirty. The unit is very well equipped and the kitchen has everything that you will need.

Quiet location

This property nice and has awesome view of the ocean and beach. A few things need updates in the unit but overall very nice. Master bath was exceptionally. We would stay here again.

Can’t stay here again.

We would not be able to stay at this location again because it was not senior friendly. The step up to the toilets and bathing were dangerous and we had several falls. There were no grab bars in the bathroom. The dining table was too tall with only bar stools height chairs which are miserable for seniors.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month at the beach. Location Location Location The view is magical. Loved it! Only a couple of suggestions. The step ups in the restrooms should have been listed. Difficult, to say the least for handicaps. Also the carpets were stained and filthy. Really need cleaned between occupancy. Unit had great supplies and provided a mop and vacuum upon request. We really loved our stay and hope to be back.

Excellent location and fabulous view.

This property was just as advertised. View was incredible, location was great, beds were comfortable, furniture in good condition, and kitchen was small but functional. Had a storm knock out A/C and some lights/tv one evening, but management company was quick to respond. The only negative was the cleanliness of the bedroom carpets and bath tile surrounds, which were all disgusting. If entire condo was tiled (especially being pet friendly) and bathtub/shower surrounds were clean, this would be an amazing property.

The pull chain on the ceiling lights are not functinal in the manner of instilation. Either the chain for the ceiling fan breaks (my Grandson fixed it) or else when pulled it locks.

Fantastic Location in Carolina Beach

If you're looking for an ocean-front condo with direct beach access, a pool, and walking distance to the Carolina Beach boardwalk area, look no further. The location of this place is perfect if you want to spend your time at the beach, pool, or walking around the boardwalk area. We could have easily spent the entire week without ever driving anywhere, but chose to take a day-trip on the ferry to Southport to mix things up a bit. The cleanliness of the condo was top-notch and the large living space was very comfortable for our party of 6. The back windows and balcony overlook the boardwalk and beach, and are great for watching the waves and all the other beach sights. The balcony comfortably fits 2 chairs with footstools and a small table, but could accommodate more if you wanted. Communication with the host company, Sea Coast Rentals, was very good, though their e-mails were a bit disorganized in how they conveyed some of the information. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.

Property was very nice. Didn't like that you couldn't smoke on property, not even on balcony or in parking garage . Had to walk of premises. Didn't like you had to provide your own toilet paper n garbage bags. Very clean and view was awesome.

Beautiful condo with a few snafus

The condo is beautiful, nicely furnished with fantastic views. So easy being on the boardwalk and walking everywhere. We arrived Sunday afternoon and everything seemed great til bedtime when we realized the bed frame in the master bedroom was broken and there were questionable stains on the underside of the bed quilt. The only “snafu” that really impacted our stay, however was that when we got up Monday morning there was no WiFi. This was a problem since we were there to take advantage of being able to work and “school” from the beach. We used a LOT of data with two teenagers attending different classes and my husband and I working from our personal hotspots. Nick (who was super friendly) came later in the afternoon to bring a hot spot which covered two of our computers the next day. The good definitely outweighed the bad but if you are renting this property with plans to work remotely I suggest you confirm ahead of time that the WiFi is working or bring your own hotspots.
