'This is a nice unit, especially for the price point. Its nice to walk adross the street to be on the beach. We did encounter a bit of trouble during our stay, as the air conditioner began to not work as it had been. I called the host and left a message. Within minutes the host called me back and worked out a plan to get the unit replaced. The host's husband John arrived promptly as discussed and replaced the air/heat unit with a brand new one. John was extremely kind and caring about the...

'We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at the Studio! While the rain kept us off the beach, the Studio was truly a comfortable place to read and rest. "Mooi gelegen hotel langs onze roadtrip aan de oostkust. We waren met drie personen en hadden een kamer met dubbele bedden geboekt. De kamer zelf was boven verwachting ruim en compleet. Wat wel tegenviel was de staat van de bank, daar zakte je half doorheen, en de vloer was plakkerig en vochtig. Mogelijk iets met de aurco of overnatig zeepgebruik bij schoonmaken. Helaas iets waar we pas achter kwamen nadat we ons hadden gesettled. Omdat we maar één nacht bleven hebben we dit door de vingers gezien. Verder prima verblijf, goede bedden en uitstekend geslapen."
