All the cons: The concierge mentioned that the shuttle that takes you from point A to point B within the hotel grounds makes its rounds every 15 minutes, which is not true. My boyfriend and I waited almost twenty minutes for it and still no sign of the driver. We ended up walking up the hills just to get breakfast. Don’t get me wrong it was a good workout but when it’s in the middle of the day where it’s hot and humid and in flip flops, that was not ideal. Also the food selections at the one restaurant by the pool was subpar. We ended up eating our lunches and dinners outside of the hotel at the few restaurants nearby. You can’t go wrong with breakfast so we just had their fruit and eggs offered there. The options for drinks at the bars were not great. They only had one beer and bland cocktails. As far as the room, it was also not all that pleasant. The AC wouldn’t turn off so it was freezing cold anytime you’re in the room. The bed was as hard as a rock. There was a coffee machine and two mugs but no coffee available. The bathroom had a shower with mold growing on the bottom. There was no shower door which caused the water to spill out every time we took a shower, which left the whole bathroom floor wet. Who wants to walk on a wet floor? Lastly, there were only two towel cards offered per room. When you’re going to the pool or the beach everyday, you’re gonna need more towels! So we ended up reusing sandy towels for multiple days. Overall, would not recommend staying there.

Mooi resort. Service had er iets meer boven op mogen zitten bij binnenkomst bij zo'n luxe resort. Koffers werden niet aangenomen wisten niet waar we naar toe moesten. Inchecken was zakelijk. Twee keer moeten vragen om een extra bed. Verdere service geweldig.

Food was decent. The food was better at the restaurants the require reservation but came with long wait times. The staff speak very limited english and therefore that did make it complicated to voice our needs. There was some renovations being done on the bar area by the pool and the bathrooms by the pool were not the cleanest. Limited beach access as well.

Staff was wonderful and food was great!
