« Nice apartment, clean, 1 min from vaporetto Ca d'oro station, near to restaurants, the market, realto bridge... etc, lack of some kitchen utensils.. « The location of the property is super convenient (although a bit challenging to find at first, therefore it is important to follow the owner's instructions). When the temperatures dropped to zero, it was a bit too cold and I would appreciate the apartment to be better cleaned when we arrived, but these were minor issues and we enjoyed the stay a lot. »

« Property was large enough for 2 families in a quiet section of Venice. Canal views were a plus. Only negative was that the apartment was up 2 large flights of stairs. Full kitchen was awesome! »

« Bel appartement, spacieux et bien situé dans un quartier d'habitation calme. Beaux volumes, notamment le séjour, 2 grandes chambres. Appartement dans son jus, sols et décoration vénitiens. Cela pourrait être encore mieux si les salles d'eau étaient repeintes (plafonds bien abimés), un flexible de douche changé, les ampoules électriques vérifiées, une lunette de toilettes fixée. Petits détails qui méritent une attention. Egalement ajouter le mode d'emploi du chauffage, quelques couverts...
