« The staff was not well informed about some of the amenities there the hotel was very clean . The manager was no where to be found I couldn't even get him on the phone poor customer service as far as the manager I booked a day there cancelled the day and Expedia couldn't get a hold of the manager to honor the day I missed the room was paid for they didn't refund me nor honor the day I missed so work on your management then the total experiencecwill be exceptional »

« The breakfast situation was a bit confusing. Even the email sent about breakfast didn’t make sense. There isn’t a breakfast but you can get Quick service eats but get a full breakfast for $13. Then staff looked as if they didn’t want to make breakfast so we left out for it. Also there was a weird guy in the lobby hanging with the Front Lobby Staffer. Freaked my kid out. »

« Good morning, our stay at this hotel was not what we wanted. When we arrived we found that the room reserved for us was on the second floor. As my wife has a knee injury we asked for a room on the first floor. This was refused to us on the pretext that the room had been reserved by Expedia and that the hotel's reservation system did not allow it. The clerk at the front desk was stubborn and did not want to accommodate our request. We wasted half an hour discussing the situation and the clerk...

« The property was very convenient to every need. A few more restaurants are coming so this will make a perfect place to stay. I would like an order pool but probably to hard for upkeep. »
