It’s a beautiful place however they always seem to try and charge additional fees. For example, they tried to charge me a $225 “resort fee” no explanation other than Expedia said they had to do it. They did not upgrade my room even though I’m a VIP member and they had rooms available.

Excellent stay at the Garza Blanca! We went with an 18m old toddler and were very comfortable throughout. The one-bedroom suite is perfect as it’s got a fairly noise proof partition between the bedroom and living area, combined with the well stocked kitchen and laundry made it ideal for a stay with a baby. We also used the hotel babysitting service, which was excellent. Good dining options and great pools for both adults and kids!

Wonderful fairly new property. Staff was wonderful. If staying more than 4/5 days you might need to go outside to have verity option. Also, we went during slow season and I am not sure if music and activities will be better during high season. Young crowds may find it a bit boring. Other than that excellent.

This property was absolutely amazing! We were welcomed with champagne and the check in process took less than 15min. We enjoy a buffet lunch while waiting for our room but I must say the grounds, the staff and the room was top tier! 9 pools including the adults only rooftop area! 10 out if 10! Did I mention they have snacks in the mini bar that’s replenished daily! Definitely coming back!

The place is nice and clean. We love the heated outdoor pool. That isc definitely a plus. But when we check in the front desk told us there is no room for upgrade and we need to wait for the room we booked as well. She said will call us when the room is available. We waited for more than 3 hours abd really tired. I went to the front desk chocked again. The room was ready and the keys just sitting there and nobody bothered to call us. Very disappointed!

Loved our stay. Pool food was mastered to the max and great. Sushi restaurant was the worse sushi I had lower than ralph supermarket sushi and I could not finish my food that said all other restaurants were great. Not impressed at all. At check in we were told you need a reservation for all dinners. They only had one for us the 1st night at 10pm ! The rest of the nights had no availability. Imagine that! We ended up physically going to each restaurant and getting a reservation ourselves. The food was really good at Noi and at the sushi and both had great service. However Bocados was terrible. With a reservation we waited 1.5 for our table, cold food and bad service. At some point I got bad food poisoning and am assuming it was there. Also expect a wait for breakfast everyday. Pools are terrible because there are no chairs available. They allow people to save them at 4am and so people block several at a time and a lot of times never even bothered to use them. We had 2 adults and 2 children and had a Junior Suite. There is not one drawer and has a very small area to put things in the closet. Definitely not enough room for 4 people for several days. We had to leave our suitcases on the floor with our clothes in them. Not what I expected in a luxury hotel. Staff seemed very unhappy and not really into customer service. We frequent Cabo and this is the first hotel we have experienced this. When you chose a 5 star hotel you expect more. No perks from Expedia were offered. Definitely not coming back.

Food was good. Resort was clean. Rooms were a good size. We did order an ocean view king size room but to see the ocean you had to go out onto the balcony and look over so I wouldn't technically call it ocean view. Partial ocean would be more like it. No chairs by the pool as the resort lets people reserve chairs by putting things on them early in the morning and then there are none left. Lobby bar was pretty quiet. It's a pretty hotel and good location.

Excellent resort. Food easily the best I’ve had in Mexico. Rooms were large and well appointed. Plenty of pools to pick from. Would highly recommend.

There is a sales pitch with the concierge that is off putting when you first arrive. Our VIP access included a room upgrade and early check-in — we did not receive either.

Not as "family friendly" as other properties. They are very focused on a "fancy" aesthetic, but lack in terms of actual hospitality and service. Relatively poor service at the pool side. Overall, I would not stay there again and would go to an alternate all inclusive like Grand Velas.

Beautiful resort - everything here is gorgeous, from vegetation to grounds to architecture to the amenities. Loved the attentive staff going out of their way to ensure guests are comfortable and taken care of! Every single detail is thought thru in modern spacious yet luxuriously cozy room. Adored our ocean view balcony and enjoyed the hammock. Great dining options and plentiful room service menu. I would definitely be back at this resort, my new favorite now in Cabo!! My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Everything was wonderful. Only thing was that there was a reception that lasted a really long time and was pretty loud, other than that, the stay was incredibly comfortable, safe and welcoming.
