    flooring, appliances and fresh paint. It
    overlooks the Rock River with gorgeous
    views and a walking/bike trail. It has a
    central location to Prairieview Golf Course,
    Motosports Park, Harry Cow Brewery,
    Uptown Lanes, Cave Inn, and various other
    bars and restaurants - many within walking
    distance. There is WiFi with streaming
    capabilities. Each bedroom has black out
    curtains and a tv. There is also a new washer
    and dryer.

This was my second day at the property, and it was just as great as the first.I don’t think you can find another place in the Byron area with a better view and location.Ann made check-in easy and was available if I needed anything, which I didn’t, because the property has everything you need.I can’t wait to stay here again.

This property was just as described. Clean and comfortable with great views of the river and convenient access to the walking path as well as great restaurants…and the drag strip, which was the purpose of this stay. I was racing at Byron Dragway and it’s a mile sown the road.

This is a lovely duplex in Byron, IL. I needed to be close to Byron Dragway for an event, and this was perfect - literally a 3 minute drive. I love that the duplex has a washer and dryer - it made my packing much lighter since I could do laundry. The A/C kept up with the very hot July heat wave. This property had everything I needed! I especially appreciate that there was a TV in each bedroom; it was a really nice surprise.

This was a very nice property at a very reasonable price. We were just staying a couple days to visit friends, but enjoyed this property so much we're already thinking about renting it again!

We loved the view of Rock River. Being able to walk to many options for dining was great. Would definitely stay here again on future visits to Byron. Extremely clean!

Perfect place to stay while we attended events in the area! Host answered questions in a timely manner and the house was immaculate and had everything we needed! We will definitely be recommending to others!

The property was clean, and well kept. Location was with in walking distance to the downtown restaurants. Great view of The Rock River. An easy drive to Rockford. We would stay there again, if we are in the area.
