« The room was pretty dirty and didn’t feel like it had much of a clean before we arrived. The shower was terrible, no water pressure if someone has had a shower before you, no space if you’re moderately tall, and no space width wise either. They didn’t provide enough soap/shower gel for more than 1 day for 2 people. The room was quite cold and we couldn’t figure out the heating. The staff replied quick and check in was simple however the last night an alarm was going off from the hours of 3.30...

« There was a bad sewage smell in the flat that seemed to come from the cupboard containing the mop. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable despite my friend bringing a mattress topper with her. It had springs sticking out. They don’t tell you before you check in that there is either a 38 non refundable deposit or a 200 hold on your account in case you break something. The flat was in a good location by the beach. New bedding needed for the main bedroom »
