'Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in Copertino, man kann zu Fuss alles anschauen und kann Auto stehen lassen. Das Zimmer war gepflegt. Ich bekam einen Adapter für meinen Stecker, der Gastgeber stellte ihn mir zur Verfügung. Sehr serviceorientiert und zuvorkommend. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt aus meiner Sicht. Sollte ich wieder mal nach Copertino kommen, gerne wieder im Royal House! '

'A localização era boa. Bem no centro , mas longe da estação de trem . Nao respondiam as perguntas que eu fazia e nao ficava ninguém responsavel na hospedagem. Nao havia reposição de papel higiênico, precisei solicitar. O colchao era horrível, velho , cheio de buracos , acordava com dor na coluna . Cafe da manha continental , era no mc donald , 1 cafe e 1 croissant, nada mais . O chuveiro nao ficava fixo , molhava todo banheiro , com grande risco de acidentes, altamente escorregadio. 'Siamo stati 14 notti in questo gioiello. La famiglia che gestisce la struttura è semplicemente meravigliosa, di quelle che non si ha la fortuna di incontrare spesso nella vita. Tutto è stato davvero stupendo: la colazione abbondante con i dolci di Bianca (opere d'arte)il trenino di caffè di Salvatore. Iniziare la giornata con i sorrisi e l'accoglienza che Bianca e Salvatore dispensano senza risparmio ti fa sentire in famiglia anche in vqcanza. Tutto impeccabile: pulizia eccellente, parcheggio...

'Mancanza bidè, colazione non come propagandato, bensì con convenzione ristretta presso bar, motivo Coronavirus, ma non avvisati prima dell ' arrivo in sede, falso cambio delle lenzuola, condizione delle stanze da rivedere, non adeguate al prezzo pagato. Da sconsigliare. '

'Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre numéro 1, la chambre est très spacieuse, et jolie, très propre et un point important la literie est incroyable ! Le seul bémol, les nuisances sonores de la route très passante malgré des fenêtres refaite cela n’isole pas du tout le bruit, pensez aux boules quies et vous passerez une très bonne nuit. La chambre est très bien située !'

'This a more like upscale hostel in an office building. Communication is via WhatsApp - checkin is rather complicated as they referred to a yellow room which we couldn’t find and it turned out they meant Room 1. Keys are stored in security box which was a bit outdated. We booked full breakfast but never were served breakfast. Please be aware there is constant noise until 2-3 am in the morning even if you close windows. The only advantage is that it is walking distance from the old city centre.'
