'Room cleanliness was adequate. Good laundry facilities. Note there is nil check in area at the premises - you have to check in at a different location ~ 1 km away, not ideal if you do not have a car. Nil lift so you have to carry your bags up stairs'

'Communication at check-in was disappointing. The staff member spoke to me without properly explaining the property layout or showing where my room was located. There is rarely anyone at reception — it was completely closed at 1 pm. I tried calling the number listed on the front door, but no one answered at first. When I eventually got through, I mentioned that there was no cutlery in the room. I was told they don’t provide cutlery for short stays, which is absurd — I’ve never stayed anywhere...

'Great hotel and very close to the city centre, but the club right across the street is causing a lot of noise during the night. I stayed at the hotel during the weekend, so there was a lot of noise from people that were standing outside of the club. Other than that, I had a good stay.'

'Very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in 2 different rooms - one was a bit tired and had a safety lock broken (so I requested a room change) the other one more modern. Staff was very helpful in accomodating the room change. Unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise from outside (hotel is an an area with a lot of nightlife around). Breakfast food was adequate. Fresh fruits, cereal, yoghurt and good hot buffet but limited pastry selection. Ambiance of bar and breakfast area lackluster.'
