'Once you get used to not being a host and you have worked out the codes for all the doors it works ok. I understand the location but really could do with its own parking, luckily the road outside was under roadworks so I parked at the front.'

'Beautifully equipped Annex. The host Andy was fantastic, he even sorted out a chair for my dad who is disabled and needs to sit to shower. The accommodation was lovely, couldn’t have asked for more. Little touches like cake, wine and essentials supplied and bottles of water in your room. Will definitely 100% stay there myself again. Thank you Andy for a lovely stay.'

'A comfortable house ideally located for a city break with the advantage of off street parking.Family and pet friendly although the stairs were steep but typical of a Victorian property.Thoughtfully converted with a high standard of decor good and very comfortable sofas and beds.'
